Due to the digital nature of the products and services sold by Lunar Cheats, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once a purchase has been completed and the digital product, license key, or access has been delivered.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
No Refunds
Lunar Cheats does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
Changing your mind after purchasing
Purchasing the wrong product
Purchasing the wrong license duration
Failure to read the product description or requirements
Your computer not meeting the stated system requirements
Failure to properly install or use the product
Refusal to follow instructions provided by support
Temporary product downtime or maintenance
Game or software updates temporarily affecting compatibility
Your third-party game account being warned, suspended, restricted, reset, or permanently banned
No longer wanting or needing the product
Accidentally purchasing the same product more than once
Failure to use the purchased license before it expires
Dissatisfaction based on features that were never advertised as included
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility information, requirements, and license duration before purchasing.
Digital Product Delivery
A product is considered delivered when the customer receives access to the digital product, download, license key, loader, account, or other method of accessing the purchased product.
Once digital access has been provided, the purchase cannot be returned.
Product Downtime and Updates
Digital software may occasionally become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, compatibility changes, or changes made by third-party games and services.
Temporary downtime does not qualify for a refund.
Where appropriate, Lunar Cheats may provide updates, license extensions, replacement access, or another remedy at our sole discretion. Providing such a remedy does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in future situations.
Account Suspensions and Bans
Customers acknowledge that using third-party software with online games or services may violate the rules or Terms of Service of those third parties.
Lunar Cheats does not guarantee that any product will remain undetected.
Account suspensions, restrictions, resets, or permanent bans do not qualify for refunds.
Customers use all products at their own risk.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before opening a payment dispute, customers should contact Lunar Cheats support regarding legitimate billing or delivery problems.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, or attempts to reverse payment after receiving a digital product may result in immediate termination of all associated licenses and access to Lunar Cheats services.
We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction and delivery records to payment processors when responding to payment disputes.
Nothing in this policy restricts any legitimate rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
